Cooking
Sift flour with baking powder, starch, coconut. If there is no coconut flour, replace on small chips.
Boiled beets, peel and finely chop. Egg and yolk vzbit with sugar. Add eggs, beets, flour mixture, lemon zest.
Mix all the ingredients until smooth and begin adding the vegetable oil on the spoon. Every time vimosewa well. Set aside the dough for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. If the batter has thickened, then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk. Rectangular cupcake form grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
