Flatbread with eggplant and mushrooms
Delicious, quick to prepare. Convenient to take along for a snack.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    500 г

  • Vegetable oil

  • Eggplant

  • Mushrooms

    200 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Paprika sweet

    0\5 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Ketchup

    2 ст. л.

The dough I was cooking in the bread maker. 1чашка = 220ml. water-1чашка, flour-3чашки, salt-1,5 tsp sugar - 1tbsp. l dry yeast-1,5 tsp, vegetable oil-2st. L. the "dough".

Eggplant cut into small dice.

Onion - half rings, mushrooms - sliced. Sauté the onions and eggplant in vegetable oil Oleina TM 5-7 minutes, then add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, add the paprika. Mix well.

Roll the dough into a thickness of about 1cm. Cut circles, spread on a baking sheet with parchment, midway or press with bottom of glass.

To pay 1st. L. filling. Bake in a preheated oven, at 180C, for 15-20 min. Bon appetit.
