Cheese cake with currants in jelly
Very delicate flavor with slight acidity.

Ingredients

  • Butter

Oil finely chopped with a knife, add sugar, flour and knead the dough. Roll into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put in the fridge.

Make filling. To do this in a deep bowl put the cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. All beat with blenderm.

While cake is baking prepare jello. In a saucepan pour the juice, add swollen gelatin,3 tbsp. sugar. Heated on low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved gelatin. Do not boil. Set aside until cool.

When everything is cooled, fill the cake jellies to the brim and put in the cold for 30 min.
