Description
Fast easy dessert, unless cooking time is not enough. Berries can be added for the season: currants, cherry, blueberries.

Cooking
Melt the butter.
Add sugar Mistral, mix well.
Add yogurt, mix well.
Add vanilla, sifted flour with baking powder. Mix well.
Clean and wash the gooseberries.
Slice the gooseberries in half and add to the dough.
Mix well.
Spread in a greased form suitable for the microwave.
To cook in the microwave for 3.5 minutes at a power of 750 Watts. Let rest for 1 minute ( do not remove from oven). Cook for another 2 minutes at the same power.
