Regular muffin will fit in the palm of an adult. It is a small round cakes, mostly sweet, which includes a variety of toppings, including fruits and berries. In one version of the word muffin comes from the French word moufflet, meaning soft bread./from Wikipedia/. My version of the foil is suitable for picnic... convenient to transport. And the dishes don't have to wash after baking.

Prepare the dough. It is important that the sugar is completely dissolved. So first, carefully blend it and eggs, then add soft butter and RUB into a smooth mass with a mixer. Now it is the turn of flour and baking powder. Again mixed... And milk. The dough should easily separate from the spoon, so I recommend milk with a spoon to start. The dough is ready and within each mold put 1-2 tbsp of dough approximately half of the molds. Of the proposed number of ingredients it turns out 10 muffins.

Within each mold any seasonal fruit or berries. Bake 35-45 minutes at ~180. Here is a delicious work.
