Cooking
First make molds. Conventional glass - square of foil and press.
Prepare the dough. It is important that the sugar is completely dissolved. So first, carefully blend it and eggs, then add soft butter and RUB into a smooth mass with a mixer. Now it is the turn of flour and baking powder. Again mixed... And milk. The dough should easily separate from the spoon, so I recommend milk with a spoon to start. The dough is ready and within each mold put 1-2 tbsp of dough approximately half of the molds. Of the proposed number of ingredients it turns out 10 muffins.
Within each mold any seasonal fruit or berries. Bake 35-45 minutes at ~180. Here is a delicious work.
The deepening of berries of your choice. The dough will rise and if the berries are deep, the finished muffin will look like that.
