I want to share my recipe for tender, juicy and flavorful cupcakes. The dough prepared with the addition of fresh pear juice and Apple slices. Filling for cupcakes consists of cheese and chocolate. This recipe does not use eggs.

Cooking

Add the vegetable oil, sugar, salt. Stir.
Add flour and vanilla. Mix well until smooth.
Apple wash, peel and cut into cubes.

Put in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until Golden brown.
Curd mix with sour cream and sugar.
Fill muffins cottage cheese filling and sprinkle with chocolate.
