Cooking
Yeast, I first dissolved in warm water with a spoon of sugar
Further all is simple - in a bowl combine all the dry ingredients

You should get dough like thick cream, add cranberries (thawed not necessary)
Knead - the dough falls off the spoon
Take a rectangular shape for cupcakes, vistream foil or parchment (if the form is silicone, it is not necessary), pour half of the batter
On it lay a peeled banana
From top to pour the remnants of the dough and put in a preheated 180C oven for 35-45 minutes ( my cake was baked 45 minutes), focus on your oven and dry splinter
The finished cake is completely cool, place them on a dish cut into pieces. Banana during baking has acquired a creamy consistency that gives a feeling cream inside the cupcake.
And now some of my observations: if you are not a fan of moist muffins, remove the cranberries, increase to 1 scoop of flax seed, and probably replace the yeast for baking powder) PS already baked in the evening, all photos of the evening, the lighting was terrible, so apologies for the photo quality)
