Chocolate cupcake with banana and cranberries
Lean moist cupcake, with chocolate flavor, with a pleasant sourness of the cranberries, with a banana cream center, - the structure is more like a truffle. If you like moist muffins, then this recipe is for you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Yeast, I first dissolved in warm water with a spoon of sugar

Further all is simple - in a bowl combine all the dry ingredients

Soy sauce, stir and add a little water

You should get dough like thick cream, add cranberries (thawed not necessary)

Take a rectangular shape for cupcakes, vistream foil or parchment (if the form is silicone, it is not necessary), pour half of the batter

From top to pour the remnants of the dough and put in a preheated 180C oven for 35-45 minutes ( my cake was baked 45 minutes), focus on your oven and dry splinter

The finished cake is completely cool, place them on a dish cut into pieces. Banana during baking has acquired a creamy consistency that gives a feeling cream inside the cupcake.
