This is a recipe of cheese cakes my grandmother. And since the contest called "Proven", I decided to learn the family recipe and share it. These cupcakes really liked my son.

Cooking
Cane sugar TM Mistral rubbed with butter.
Add a pack of cheese and stir. I kicked up the immersion blender.
To slowly introduce starch.
One drive egg to the dough and mix well.
Add salt and soda. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly.
The finished dough to spread out over the cups to 2/3. Send in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at medium heat.
For decoration you can grease boiled condensed milk and sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles.
