Brownie 220 g butter 440 g sugar 100 g cocoa 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional) Vanilla 4 eggs 120 g flour Filling 500 g cream cheese (Philadelphia, mascarpone or plain cottage cheese) 150 g sugar 60 g flour Vanilla 60 g heavy cream 2 eggs
Prepare the oven to 180. Form grease with oil.
Prepare the brownie: in a saucepan melt the butter, add the sugar (300-400 g) and on low heat, stirring constantly, cook until mixture becomes glossy (3-5 minutes).
Remove from heat, add the cocoa, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, vanilla.
Drive egg, flour, mix well.
Preparation of fillings from cream cheese: whip cheese, add sugar and flour, vanilla, cream, eggs.
Half cocoa mass pour into mold, top with the cheese mass, add a final layer of cocoa mass. You can use a pastry sleeve to make a random pattern on top of the cheese mass.
Bake 35-45 min. cool, cut into pieces. All a pleasant appetite!
