Bavarian pancake omelet
This is my first experience baking at the Zepter. The result pleased, everything is simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 шт

  • Milk

    70 мл

  • Flour flax

    50 г

  • Corn flour

    75 г

  • Raisins

    50 г

  • Honey

    3 ст. л.

Cooking

Raisins pour hot water and leave for 30 minutes. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk and honey. Then continuing to whisk, add portions sifted flour (flax and corn), mix until smooth.

Squeeze the raisins and add to batter, mix well.

Carefully enter the proteins in the dough.

The Zepter pot with silicone brush with olive oil and pour it in the batter. Put the saucepan on slow fire and cover it with a lid, wait for arrow thermocontroller comes to start the green fields and cook 3 minutes.

Then use the spatulas to flip our pancake omelet and cook for another 3 minutes. Then remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes. As for me, it was the first experience of cooking baking in cookware Zepter, I screwed up a little, put the pot is not on low but on medium heat and the photo shows that the cakes are browned more than required, so keep that in mind, the fire must be weak.
