Cooking
Our ingredients are.
Cut the figs into small cubes.
Mix the figs and oatmeal, fill with boiling water. Leave soak.
Take the flour, add the baking powder and salt. Stir.
In a separate bowl pour the sugar and eggs, beat all, the mass has increased several times.
Then add milk, vanilla and whisk again.
Add 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir.
Then add the soaked oatmeal with figs. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Now prepare your baking dishes, I use paper forms, so the oil doesn't lubricate. (if no paper, then be sure to lubricate the form of vegetable oil)
In our mixture add dry ingredients and quickly stir. Not too long, and it's okay if in the test are lumps. The longer you mix the dough, the rougher you will have muffins. In this stir as quickly as possible.
Spread the dough forms. Put in preheated oven, bake for 20 min.
