Potato salad with onions
This salad from baked in their jackets potatoes with onions, seasoned with oil, can be served as a separate dish or as a garnish for fish Ile meat.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Washed potatoes, medium, 4 pieces cut in half, baked in their jackets (skins) in the microwave until tender (should be easily protectice fork).

Potatoes to cool, peel, then cut into cubes. You can not clean.

Peeled onion cut into half rings. Rinse with water, dry.

Cook the eggs cool.

Mash the egg with a fork.

In a bowl to prepare the salad add the onions, add the vegetable oil, vinegar and pepper. Add salt, mix well. Add the chopped egg. Leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
