How many potato salads on the site, but I will share his. In my version the potatoes are ready with the addition of rosemary, Lavrushka, and garlic, which gives it a unique touch. Cucumber gives freshness, and the mushrooms - soft. A flavorful dressing makes the dish truly incredible! The salad was delicious in both warm and cold.

Cooking
Potatoes peel and cut into small cubes. Season with salt, add the rosemary, Bay leaf and chopped garlic plates. To cook in steam for 15 minutes until tender. (Potatoes can also be boiled in the usual way with the addition of these spices, and then slice.)
Onion cut into thin half-rings. Cucumber peel and cut into small slices.
Make a dressing: mix the lemon juice, honey, vinegar, pepper and sunflower oil.
Mix the potatoes, onion and cucumber. Add the chopped greens and mushrooms (sorry, fresh mushrooms I found, so I added sliced, canned). If you take fresh mushrooms, they should be clean, wipe with a damp cloth and cut into small slices.
