Alaska Pollock fillets under coat of onions and carrots - very tasty hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    1 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Ground black pepper

    1 piece

Thawed fillets of Alaska Pollock (pack of 4 briquettes), dry with paper towels, RUB it with spices for fish, salt, ground black pepper, spread on a baking sheet.

Onions and carrots peel and cut onion finely, carrot RUB on a coarse grater, fry in olive or vegetable oil in a frying pan until the onion has softened, add the salt, pepper, tomato paste, stir and fry on slow fire for another 5 minutes.

Spoon the fish fried in tomato paste with onions carrots and send in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. I like as a cold appetizer, hot but also very tasty. Bon appetit :)
