Cooking
Thawed fillets of Alaska Pollock (pack of 4 briquettes), dry with paper towels, RUB it with spices for fish, salt, ground black pepper, spread on a baking sheet.
Onions and carrots peel and cut onion finely, carrot RUB on a coarse grater, fry in olive or vegetable oil in a frying pan until the onion has softened, add the salt, pepper, tomato paste, stir and fry on slow fire for another 5 minutes.
Spoon the fish fried in tomato paste with onions carrots and send in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. I like as a cold appetizer, hot but also very tasty. Bon appetit :)
