Eateries patties with the chicken-onion stuffing
We only recently began selling puff pastry.... I love it... the Idea of these pies I saw in the Internet. The author, unfortunately, don't know, but I want to tell him huge THANKS! Added a bit of "gag"... And it turned out really tasty, tender patties on "one tooth"....

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • The chicken legs

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Here is the puff pastry we had....

Fried chicken is boiled in water with carrots and spices until tender. Cool, separate the meat from the bones and mince.

Onion cut into small cubes

and fry until a beautiful Golden color.

Fried onions add to the boiled meat + salt, pepper and spices for chicken.

All good knead....

Puff pastry roll out into a rectangle, spread with ketchup and sprinkled with grated cheese...

Along one side of the dough lay out a "sausage" out of ground beef.

Turn as a roll on a turn and a half.

Cut this roll to length and cut it into pieces (how big you want to get the pies).

Put the pies on a baking tray, grease them with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put into the oven.

Bake at 200* until done....
