Step 1
Carrots cut in half lengthwise, each half cut lengthwise into 3-4 slices, depending on thickness of carrots. If the core of the carrot is too rough, cut it. Put the carrots in cold water.
Step 2
Celery stalks peel off the coarse outer fibers and cut into cubes the same length as the carrots. Just chop the cucumber, remove the seeds. Bell pepper remove seeds and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Prepare the yogurt sauce with pepper and salt.
Fill sauce cups. Carrots dry. Arrange the vegetables in bowls with sauce. You can decorate any greens.
