Soup from seafood cocktail
Simple and low-calorie vegetable soup with sea cocktail seafood lovers and weight watchers. Ideal for weight watchers (1 serving of 8 - 1 point).

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Water

    2 l

  • Seasoning

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Clean the carrots, the potatoes, the onion, break it into florets cabbage (if using fresh). Put all the vegetables whole (!) in a saucepan, cover with cold water. Once the soup comes to a boil - season with salt, add spices. Cook for about half an hour.

Ready the vegetables, remove from broth.

Put in a saucepan with broth seafood cocktail, add the tomato paste. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Carrots, cabbage, and potatoes, chop, put it on plates (bow to throw out), pour the broth with the seafood.
