Cooking
Dry peas soak in cold water overnight.Then drain the water. Peas rinse.
Boil water and add the peas. In a peeled onion to stick 2 cloves and add to the soup. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Chicken and smoked chop, add to soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
Grate on a coarse grater potatoes and carrots. Celery finely chop. To add to the soup. Boil for 20 minutes.
I used a "Mixture of peppers". Add the soy sauce and then salt to taste. At the end remove the onion and add the greens and sesame oil.It gives a faint smell of fried sunflower seeds, are also very useful.
