Our products! Nuts - in the original, there are pecans, but almonds are quite good!
125 g soft butter (butter in advance remove from the refrigerator), beat 125 g of brown sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. Brown sugar is mandatory - it specifies in the original recipe.
Add to the butter mix one egg and beat one minute
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter, mix well.
Chocolate chopped in big pieces. If you have the nuts are not crushed, but whole - also chop with a knife (a match head)
In the dough add the nuts and chocolate, mix thoroughly.
Preheat the oven at 190 degrees. The pan thinly greased with butter (I made baking paper) and using 2 teaspoons put the biscuits at a distance from each other - not tightly. To flatten or to give a perfect shape is not necessary, the cookie itself will disperse outwards. The pastries from the series: appearance can not very good, but the taste is not to put down! Bake 9 - 12 minutes. It turns out 24 pieces - 2 baking pan.
The finished cookies! Recommend allow to cool on a wire rack - I have cooled on the sheet for just a couple of minutes.
