Cottage cheese dumplings with apricots

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    16 piece

  • Refined sugar

    16 piece

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Cottage cheese, flour, eggs and salt knead the dough. Leave for 20-30 minutes.

Apricots wash, cut in half do not end up to take out the bone, put it instead of sugar.

Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll cakes of such size that they could put the apricot and sugar.
