Cooking
Cottage cheese, flour, eggs and salt knead the dough. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
Apricots wash, cut in half do not end up to take out the bone, put it instead of sugar.
Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll cakes of such size that they could put the apricot and sugar.
On the cake put the apricots with the sugar to form a ball. In a saucepan boil water, add salt, lower the dumplings into boiling water, bring to boil and cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes. If you have a small pot, then cook portions.
Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with sour cream or jam.
