Egg oil with mustard
A cold appetizer of butter, eggs and mustard will not go unnoticed at the family feast. Products for the preparation of snacks always at hand, and time-consuming it does not require.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Toast

    6 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Gherkins

  • Green onions

Ingredients to prepare egg oil with mustard.

In a pan, add vegetable oil (1 tbsp). Toast lightly browned.

Eggs (2 PCs.) to boil. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the yolks on a fine grater.

In a bowl add grated yolks, garlic (1 tooth.) passed through a garlic press.

Add 1 teaspoon prepared mustard and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Add 70 gr. softened butter TM "Ecomilk", add salt to taste and black pepper.

Blend until smooth.

To toast the bread, add egg oil, spread on the surface, sandwiches garnish with sliced pickled cucumber, sprinkle with green onions and grated egg white. Bon appetit!
