Tomato soup with melted cheese
Fragrant, creamy and hearty soup with a rich tomato flavor. What could be better in the cool autumn season.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    600 g

  • Pork ribs

  • Water

    2 l

  • Pasta

    50 g

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Greens

Cooking

In a saucepan, pour 2 liters of water. Put the ribs as much as you like. And cook the broth for about an hour.

Interrupting the tomatoes in a blender or take a ready-made tomato juice.

Onions finely chop. Carrots three on a grater. Fry in a pan in butter until soft.

In the finished broth add the tomatoes, onions and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
