Husband asked for lunch soup with "frogs" - so we called dumplings :))). Decided to experiment a bit. In the course of culinary research and came up with this recipe, which later became one of the favorite.

Cooking
The required ingredients.
Clean vegetables. Chop the onion, carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
From pre-cooked broth (I had beef) take out the meat. Put it aside, it will be useful to us later. Sliced potatoes added to boiling broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
Pan passeruem onions and carrots.
Prepared vegetables put it into the broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
Prepare the dough for dumplings. Egg, grated on a fine grater cheese and flour mix into a homogeneous mass.
We finally got to the meat you removed earlier from the broth. Cut it into small cubes. If soup was cooked on the bones, then strip the meat from the bones and cut into.
Pour the broth with boiled vegetables in a blender and grind into a puree. My blender fell in unequal fight with my culinary zeal :))), so I used regular kartofelina. The prepared broth pour back into the pan, put it on the stove and bring to a boil. Add boiled meat.
From the cheese dough making the dumplings. With your hands roll small balls with a diameter of 1.5 cm (hand periodically dipped in water so that the dough doesn't stick). Ready drop dumplings into the broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the greens (I have green onion), salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
