Cream-soup with beans and spinach
Today I want to offer you tasty and delicate cream soup with spinach. It turns velvety, with an interesting and rich flavor. Despite the lack of meat, the soup is very hearty. And, of course, very useful for fasting - what you need! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Spinach

    1 pack

  • Water

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions and potatoes cut into cubes small size.

Beans pre-soak and boil until tender.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the onion in vegetable or olive oil until transparent.

Add potatoes, fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add water so that it covers the vegetables. Put on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Add the boiled beans. Add salt, pepper and add dried garlic. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Will beat into a soft mousse soup with a blender. If necessary, you can add hot water.

Add fresh spinach and put on the fire for 5-10 minutes.

Again beat into a soft mousse soup in a blender until smooth and serve. For small "phocused" soup you can decorate with smiling face. Bon appetit!
