The meatballs of barley
Very tasty and hearty burgers. It can replace dinner. Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables or tomato sauce. Due to the viscosity of barley and potatoes keep their shape and without eggs. Idea borrowed from the AMF website.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

Pearl barley should be soaked for at least 2 hours. I left for the night. Then boil until tender (40-50 minutes).

Separately boil the potatoes and carrots.

Cool slightly barley and vegetables and run them through a meat grinder.

Onion spasserovat in vegetable oil until soft, add spices.

In barley-vegetable beef, add browned onion, finely chopped greens, soy sauce (I have "Kikkoman"), if necessary, it needs more salt to taste. Mix well, add a little flour (2-3 tablespoons) to the mass became more homogeneous and suitable for modeling.
