Description
These balls are in appearance very similar to meatballs, but they taste completely different. These burgers are delicious, juicy, tender. For the recipe thank you G. Kosup from "Recipes for an Encore" №1 (8) 2009.

Cooking
Raw potatoes RUB on a large grater. Potatoes and minced mixed with onion, egg, herbs (I have frozen dill). The salt and spices add to taste.
Roll into small balls and fry in vegetable oil.
Saute meat balls in tomato sauce for 15-20 minutes (I have homemade tomato sauce diluted with water).
