Fish cakes
Quick to prepare, tasty and juicy burgers that will please all!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread

    4 piece

  • Fat

    200 g

  • Onion

    6 piece

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Pepper white

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

Cooking

Take the fish fillets (this time I took the hake fillets) and defrost, remove from the water.

Peel 6 onions, but can be more.

Them fillet, onion and bacon in a meat grinder to make the stuffing.

Soak slices of bread in cold water.

To the meat add salt, pepper, eggs, sugar. Then remove the loaf from the water and add to the mince.

Mix thoroughly and form patties, I always make round fish form =) Fry in a frying pan.
