Sauce
The sauce is my own invention. Once, about 5 years ago method the taste preferences of my family and additions of obavlenia the taste turned out this dish. Prepare periodically, when I want something light, but with an accent. Suitable for rice, fish, boiled or steamed vegetables. We like it just with tomatoes and black bread or thin crisp breads for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Blue cheese

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

To prepare the products. Eggs cook, grate the cheese on a small grater, to measure the rest

Mix all in a blender, except the Parmesan

Add grated cheese, adjust to taste for salt, mustard, and lemon juice. If bitter, add sour cream, it will give softness

Pour all into a clean bowl, cover with a lid and give it brew in the fridge, let it thickens the oil and all the components to make friends

To try and eat! Replace the Breakfast on a tomato with black bread with sauce. And, of course, freshly brewed coffee at the end)
