Description

Guacamole with yogurt
This version of Guacamole goes great with chips and tacos, or just as a sauce for meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Seasoning

Cut the avocado, remove the stone and remove the flesh with a spoon. Crush them with a fork until smooth and add the lemon juice. Remove peel from tomatoes and cut into very small pieces. Squeeze the garlic and finely chop the onion.

Combine all ingredients and mix. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour - the sauce will thicken slightly and cool it will be even tastier.
