Salad
I made this salad for the meal, but I think he can participate in the contest "Scarlett March 8". Turned out very juicy and tender salad c savory taste.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    450 g

  • Cashews

    70 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lettuce

    4 piece

Cooking

Boil the carcass of the squid in salted water for 2 minutes. Cool and cut into strips.

Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil with onions until Golden brown.
