Very tasty spicy soup. For the winter - just wonderful! The recipe my grandmother Tbilisi.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Lamb

    500 g

Meat rinse, cover with water so all the meat is covered, bring to boil, remove the foam, add salt and cook 1.5 hours.

Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes.

When the broth is cooked, it must be filtered, meat slice.

Strained broth again put on the fire, put in it the potatoes, cut meat, Bay leaf and pepper. Simmer until cooked potatoes. Almost before the end of cooking, add 1 tsp of tomato paste. If necessary, it needs more salt.

While the soup is cooking you need to marinate the onions. Onion cut into thin half-rings and pour it with a solution of water and vinegar. I like the 1:1.
