Cottage cheese pancakes with blueberry sauce
Sweet cottage cheese pancakes and fresh, slightly sour sauce of blueberries with sour cream. This dish can add to the table on Shrove Tuesday.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

Cooking

Cheese, egg, salt, sugar, flour, soda and vanilla sugar in a bowl.

Mix well. Faster this happens blenderm or with a mixer.
