Cake
A long time ago in my notebook appeared the recipe for this cake. Why he got this name, I don't know, but that cake always goes on "cheers", that's for sure. Crispy meringue, delicate coffee cream - absolutely amazing combination.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Instant coffee

    1.5 tsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Almonds

Beat egg whites with sugar until it peaks and spread a teaspoon on the baking tray lined food paper. Put in the oven for 2 hours at a temperature of 130 degrees.

Heated cream (milk or water) and dilute instant coffee.

Mix softened butter (to the consistency of sour cream) with the icing sugar, gradually add coffee, beat with a mixer. (I had a small sugar, I shook up to dissolve the sugar).

Our baked meringue whipped cream in the coffee and spread on a platter to each other. From above we cover with cream, sprinkle with nuts.
