Mushrooms stuffed with feta
I want to offer you the recipe for a great snack that's cooked very quickly in microwave. For fans of mushrooms and Mediterranean flavors! This appetizer can easily decorate any holiday table or serve as a side dish to meat and fish dishes!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Dutch cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • Garlic

Mushrooms clean of dirt, remove the stem.

Put the mushrooms in a microwave for 5 minutes on full power (800 watt) in order for mushrooms to remove excess liquid. While our mushrooms are heated, feta grate or mash thoroughly with a fork. Liquid that gave the mushrooms, drain off.

In the prepared feta add the chopped legs of the mushrooms and a pinch of oregano. Stir.

Stuff mushrooms prepared ground.

Tomatoes puree them in the blender. Add a little salt and olive oil, you can add a little garlic. Pour sauce stuffed mushrooms. Sprinkle grated cheese and a pinch of oregano. Put in microwave on full power for 6 minutes.
