Mushrooms clean of dirt, remove the stem.
Put the mushrooms in a microwave for 5 minutes on full power (800 watt) in order for mushrooms to remove excess liquid. While our mushrooms are heated, feta grate or mash thoroughly with a fork. Liquid that gave the mushrooms, drain off.
