Description
On the website there are recipes with meat and pineapple. And for many not a secret that it is very tasty. I was just a little improvising on my favourite Chinese theme. It was very tasty. The dish can be called casual (because of the speed and ease of cooking), and festive. It turns out very elegant and tasty!

Cooking
The meat is cut into very thin flat pieces, pepper and mix with soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Cut canned pineapple into slices (if slices).
In frying pan, heat a little vegetable oil and put it in a clove of finely chopped garlic.
As soon as the garlic will become Golden, put the meat and, stirring constantly, fry it for 3-4 minutes, until the meat is "white", then put sliced pineapple, cover and simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Make a sauce. Ketchup + starch + wine (or vinegar + sugar). And pour into the meat. Much if the sauce has thickened, add a little water; stir and cook for a further couple of minutes.
