Thick bean soup
I suggest You try the fragrant bean soup broth from pork and beef ribs. While men feel that there are many different meat products.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1.5 cup

  • Pearl barley

    3 Tbsp

Beans boiled with pearl barley, dry roots, and with pork and beef ribs. Meat separated from the bones and cut into small pieces. Return to the soup. I cooked the soup in a slow cooker, so beans are not pre-soaked. Cook the beans for 2 hours.

Onions finely cut and fry with diced smoked sausage and bratwurst. Add to the soup along with fragrant pepper and Bay leaf 5 minutes before end of cooking.

Strips of bacon and onion rings quickly fry on a high flame and decorate the dish.
