Bright, rich, vegetable soup with cereals! Easy and hearty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    80 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

    3 sprig

To put water on the fire, bring to a boil. Wash vegetables and clean. Potatoes and zucchini cut into cubes (about the same size). Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes.
