Soup
This soup I tried, unfortunately, not in Prague. And in one of the Moscow restaurants, it is under this name. Very much it was pleasant to me. So I decided to reproduce it at home. Despite the simplicity of cooking is flavorful, fragrant broth, with a ruddy pancakes. Very hearty and warming. Just right for the chilly Moscow autumn.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    2 l

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Greens

    2 coup

Cooking

Meat rinse, cover with water and boil for 2.5-3h.

An hour after the start of cooking, add the broth, greens, thoroughly washed unpeeled onion, carrots, pepper, salt, Bay leaf, parsley (I had dried).

To cook pancakes. To do this, melt butter. Milk mixed with one egg, add salt and oil. Pour the flour. Stir to avoid lumps.

To fry the pancakes. Just don't repeat my mistake, don't make them too thin. I got 6 pieces So it is necessary to fry 4 pieces from this amount of dough.

Roll the pancakes and cut crosswise.

From the finished broth to remove the meat and vegetables, drain.

Meat separated from the bones, chop. Put in a bowl the meat, pour the broth, put the rolls pancakes, decorate cooked hard-boiled egg and greens. Ready!!!
