Soup Green Leaves
Vegetable soup with spinach, green peas and light garlic flavor.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Spinach

    450 g

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Garlic

    14 tooth

  • Salt

  • Water

    2.5 l

The number of ingredients listed on a pot with a volume of 4.5 l to Put water on the fire, bring to boil, to send into the water the chopped onion and potatoes. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, send carrots.

After another 5 minutes put the cauliflower. Bring to boil.

After 5 minutes of boiling put in a pan of spinach.

When all the spinach has melted and the soup comes to a boil, place the peas and keep on heat for another 2 minutes.

Remove the soup from the heat, add the garlic and salt soup to taste. Pushing blender to obtain a puree.

Put the soup on the heat for another couple minutes until boiling. The soup is ready. The finished plates and serve with croutons and greens.
