First peaches to wash, dry, remove seeds and cut into slices.
In water, add sugar (sugar can be adjusted according to your taste), peach slices, put on the fire. After boiling, stir and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
While the peaches are cooked squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Slices of peaches to catch syrup and grind in a blender into a puree. Peaches are different, do not worry if you get mashed potatoes grayish color.
Add to puree the lemon juice, mix well and puree magically changes color.
Strain syrup into a pitcher. Peach puree strain through a sieve the syrup. Put into the refrigerator to cool.
