Description
Have long been an admirer of creativity of Gordon Ramsay. Along with complicated gourmet dishes in his Arsenal, there are simple recipes available. On one of these across the network. Cooking
Cheese grate on a coarse grater. I have two types of cheese - Dutch Gouda and. Cut onion into quarters, fry until Golden brown in a small amount of vegetable oil.
To the onions add the minced meat and fry until half-cooked meat, remove from heat. Fry the beef until tender to preserve its juiciness.
The sauce is prepared quickly and easily. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add flour, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Then in three steps, enter the milk, each time carefully stirring the sauce. Add the nutmeg and salt. Salt advise caution as cheese, which we will add, too salty.
Add cheese, stir, remove from heat.
Potatoes wash, peel and cut into thin slices. Put potatoes in the bottom of the form (I greased the form of butter).
On top spread half of the sauce.
Then we put fried ground beef. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
On top of another layer of potatoes, the second half of the sauce, grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
