The store saw this. Only bought because of the shell of sausage, two packages.
The shell was useful to me, the rest is emitted (solid chemistry!!!)
In minced chicken add curd and cheese, grated on a fine grater. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
RUB the yolks with butter, add to stuffing, mix well.
Add the red wine (for color). Mix well.
Carefully fill the casings for sausages. Stuffing to take a little bit. The case is time consuming, but you can cope! Edge shells not to tie, simply press with your hands. Put on a dry frying pan and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Temperature is 180 degrees.
Serve with roasted young potatoes and mustard!
