Description
Yesterday, I stumbled upon the recipe for these delicious, lush cakes. A piece of paper with a recipe called "Brownies", was put in a notebook. The handwriting is not mine... remembered, remembered where this came from, but never remembered! Prepared and the result made me very pleased! Cakes are prepared very easily, and get a lush and very tender!

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat eggs with vanilla and sugar. Beat 5 minutes at maximum speed.
Add warm milk, vegetable oil, mix well. Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder. Quickly whip.
Pour the batter into the pan, covered with oiled baking paper. The size of the form 24 see
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
10 minutes before end of baking prepare the sauce: bring to boil 150 ml of milk, dissolve the coffee in it. Add sugar, well mixed with cocoa, quickly stir. Remove the cake from the oven (the oven is off!) and quickly pour the chocolate filling, levelling. Optionally, sprinkle with nuts, biscuit or coconut. Put the cake back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Pie cool, cut into cakes and can be served to the table!
The cakes turned out very lush, delicate and extremely tasty!
