Cooking
Shred cabbage, season with white pepper, a couple pinches of salt and sugar, slightly mash with your hands.
Add pepper, cut into strips.
Add onion, sliced thin half-rings.
Add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
Add the Apple, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.
For dressing mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and lemon juice. Add all the juice, you may need it less. Be sure to try the dressing to taste, if needed, add more lemon juice or Vice versa - add a pinch of powdered sugar for a more balanced taste.
Put the seasoning in the salad.
Gently, but thoroughly mixed. Cover the bowl with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
