Baked potato salad
A delicious warm salad that can be cooked as a main dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chives

  • Paprika sweet

    0.25 tsp

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 180'. Potatoes cleaned, cut coarsely, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Potatoes wrapped in parchment and bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes until tender (depending on the potatoes).

Fry the bacon without adding oil until Golden brown.

For the mayonnaise place all ingredients in the bowl ParkinGO blender and a good beat. To measure and mix with yogurt.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Potatoes mixed with part of the cheese, bacon and sauce.

Put in a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese and smoked paprika. Bake until Golden brown at 180'.

Ready salad sprinkled with chopped chives. Serve hot.
