Pate mushroom
Marvelous mushroom appetizer!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Crumb bread

    50 g

  • Paprika sweet

  • Turmeric

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in 50 g butter for 3 minutes. Then add the chopped mushrooms, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove the lid, increase the heat and evaporate the liquid (but the mushrooms must remain moist). Add another 50 g of butter and allow to cool.

To the mushrooms add the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, remaining oil and mix with a blender until smooth.

The resulting paste cover and put into the fridge for a couple of hours.

After cooling, the formed balls or rollers, coat them in the paprika, turmeric, herbs.
