Mushroom soup
At the beginning of mushroom season saw a recipe in the "School of Gastronome". Finally got a chance to try it at the cottage. Retreated, of course, from the coffee, but the basic idea is preserved.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

One or two fungus three on a coarse grater.

The same three carrots and onions. Lightly fry in vegetable oil mushrooms grated, onions and carrots. A little stew.

Of the remaining mushrooms, cook the broth (I cooked it about 45 minutes). In the middle of cooking add our sauteed mixture of onions, carrots and mushrooms. Salt.

5 minutes before end of cooking, add 3 tbsp semolina. IIIII... it turns out the thick, aromatic soup... It's beyond words, it's a must try:)
