Pea soup with lamb

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    300 g

  • Peas

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Wash peas, cover with cold water and leave for 1.5-2 hours.

Fill a pot with 1,75 litre of water, put the meat, bring to boil and cook on medium heat for 40 minutes. To get the meat, cut into pieces. Broth salt.

In the boiling broth add peas and cook for 30 minutes.

Coarsely chop potatoes and onions.

Add meat, vegetables, herbs and spices to the peas and cook until potatoes are done.
