Cheese soup with mushrooms and vegetables
When tired of hearty entrees and you want something easy, you can prepare the soup with melted cheese, mushrooms and vegetables. It is very tasty, flavorful and not greasy. The recipe is very simple, is not more than half of the products that are always in the fridge.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a saucepan pour the broth or water. Bring to a boil and add 2 tbsp of rice. I used the rice company Mistral "amber", bags.
