Tomato-bean soup
Vegetable soup with vegetable broth.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 can

  • Leeks

    120 g

  • Broth

    600 ml

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Zira

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

White and slightly green part of the leek cut and fry in preheated pan with oil for 3 minutes.

Prepared bottles of red beans in tomato sauce and tomatoes in juice.

Vegetable broth is poured into a pan, brought to a boil and put the beans from the same banks.

In a saucepan shifted leeks. Added sugar, salt, Bay leaf, pepper and cumin. It milled in a coffee grinder. The soup was cooked for 15 minutes.

Hot soup in the same pot shredded hand blender and added the beans from the second banks. Soup-puree with the whole beans.

Cooked the soup for another 5 minutes and poured in portioned bowls. Top made a curl of olive oil and put a few leaves of parsley. This soup I was preparing for fasting.

The post who does not comply with the can in the soup add the chopped bacon and fill with homemade mayonnaise. Soup I turned sharp. Zira with a very strong flavor and did not regret pepper.
